Plan of double page spread
I want my masthead to be the main feature that catches the readers eye first when the look at the page. Its going to be bold and mayby covering most of the top of the page overlapping the main image.the colours will be contrasting to make it stand out. The font style be fun and fit the style of indie like block letters.
The layout of this double page will be very basic and simple to fit with the style of indie. I have spread most of the features across the page to not overcomplicate it. also i will have the website and page number along the side of the magazine as i got ideas from magazines that I looked at.
The colours scheme will be like the muted plain colours that i have on the front and contents page so it looks professional and consistent through out the magazine.
The information on my double page spread will be about the band and how they are becoming a big success in the indie music industry. Also I will include an interview and upcoming concerts they will be performing at.
The main image will be covering the whole of half the double page. This will be artificial of them posing.
